Absolutely not. Listings are largely dependent upon the web site's pages being easily found and the content of the pages (titles, meta tags and text) recorded by the search engines. How long after the web site is submitted will I see results?

We find average appearance after submitting to be between 14 to 21 days for some. Three to six weeks is not uncommon and in some cases up to 90 days. If your site is not doing well, try looking at the index count (number of pages present in the major search engines). If index count is low, then submissions by Position Pro may be all you need. If the site's index count is good and listings are unsatisfactory, then the site's content needs to be enriched with keyword enhanced premium content. How often should a page be submitted?

Submitting a page weekly or monthly serves no purpose and can adversely affect the page or entire web site. After the initial submission of a page it should only be re-submitted for the following reasons:

The page drops out
The listing falls dramatically
There is substantial content changes

What pages do search engine spiders have trouble following?

Web pages are either static or dynamic. A static page is created as a standalone file and placed on the web server. It's web address will generally end with ".htm" or ".html". The file does not change unless somebody edits or replaces it on the server. Dynamic pages, on the other hand, are created "on the fly" and contain content which is generally populated from a database. Static pages are virtually always submittable to the search engines. However, dynamic pages can pose an addressing and connection problem. If when you click on a link and the page you go to has an address containing a "?" followed by something like "id=10" then the page is dynamic served and may be be difficult for search engines and spiders. What steps does Position Pro take to avoid spamming the engines?

Spamming comes in several forms. Over-submitting a web site or submitting too many pages over a given time-frame might both be considered spam. From the very beginning Position Pro was designed with numerous safeguards to prevent search engine spamming. Each search engine submission Position Pro makes is recorded and date stamped. Once the search engine's submission limit is reached Position Pro immediately stops it's submissions to the engine. We govern the maximum number of submission which may be may over a time-frame. You may only override the system with a lower limit.
